The quality is excellent; the cosmetic ranges from a 8 - 9/10 (and, I have high standards! ) There's some signs of usage, of course (as can be expected) - on every bike. Do not expect them to be looking like they just came out of the box! Keep your expectations in check and realistic. Every bike is different. but, they all balance out. Some touch-up paint in areas where oxidation may have occurred. and needed to retouch the white (noticeable if looking for it. but, in a studio environment, would highly be doubtful to be noticed); some of the stabilizer pads may be a scuffed up from the riders' spin shoes stepping on them (as can be expected). As stated -- the bike works great and perfect! The imperfections are o nly cosmetic. and, again - if in a 'theater' spin environment, the bikes will look so great (and almost like new) - I do a great job at having them look clean and as good looking as can be!
