Hi! I am currently looking for a 4th roommate :) The room is unfurnished. New roommates get full kitchen privileges and you can pretty much use the whole house, everyone shares the house equally The house is on Holly Ave in North Oxnard, close to the Collection! The neighborhood is safe and parking is not a problem. This house is managed by an off-site property manager. she is in charge of paying all the paying all the utilities. you pay one flat fee for utilities $/175 mnth (wifi, water, gas, electric, use of washer/dryer, gardener). Military & Students are VERY welcomed **Military discount: 30% off Security Deposit** (active or if you served in the past) if you want to try living here first, prior to signing a lease, that's ok too, you can obtain this room via airbnb, don't hesitate to call me, I will send you the link. The property manager has house rules. Per the property manager: 1. Roommate must be clean & responsible. No smoking inside the house. No drugs, (this includes mariju@n@); Occasional drink is OK & guest are welcomed as long as they are not loud and leave by 9 pm (no overnight guests). 2. No pets (NO EXCEPTIONS). 3. This is for ONE person only. No couples 4. Must keep common areas clean after use, (we welcome neat & tidy guyz) 5. must be mindful of noise midweek. This is not a party house. You would be sharing a 4bedroom house w/ 3 adults, All roommates have full time jobs ALL ROOMATES ARE guys[in their late 20s/30s, who have n0 k1ds]. gir1s not excluded but if your a gir1, you prob dont want to live here. Sec dep is $739 and you will need to do a bkgrd check and a credit check - but its pretty easy, dont let that scare you off. if you are a student your parent can cosign and do the credit check for you.
