Summary:
The work includes experience with Navy-applicable techniques to all financial analysis and process improvement efforts for the identification, evaluation, analysis, resolution, and implementation of a range of budgeting and programming problems such as the development of alternative methods of funding.
Must be familiar with Navy financial accounting software applications, including ERP, DTS, SharePoint, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (i.

, Pivot tables, formula development, etc.
) Must past an advanced excel proficiency test to an 80% or better level test includes Pivot Tables, Formula creation, Sum if, V-lookup, and basic excel worksheet formatting skillsJob Duties:
Provide detailed financial analysis, budget preparation and execution services, funds tracking and allocation, and related specified services for the Air Dominance Department.
Plan, obtain, and coordinate the varied office services.
Support the assembly of information and data and provide to management and their representatives.
Prepare varied oral and written presentations.
Develop, coordinate and maintain an integrated system of financial services including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting over the financial resources of the organization.
Coordinate financial and management data to interpret the composite financial results of operations to all levels of the Department's management.
Review, make recommendations, and support the development of financial policies, procedures, and objectives.
Review financial transactions to ensure fund propriety, correlation to approved financial plans, function and expense element propriety and compliance to DoD, Navy and NSWC PHD procedures and regulations.
Provide financial spreadsheets and verbal reports based on Government provided data to management for effective evaluation of program operations and milestones.
Mandatory Skill Requirements:
To include experience with Navy-applicable techniques to all financial analysis and process improvement efforts for (1) the identification, evaluation, analysis, resolution, and implementation of a range of budgeting and programming problems such as the development of alternative methods of funding; (2) accomplishing a task or specific function.
Must be familiar with Navy financial accounting software applications, including ERP, DTS, SharePoint, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (i.

(3) Must pass a basic excel skills test with a grade of 80% or higher interviewees will be scheduled to take the test at the INDUS office in Port Hueneme, CA.
