Summary:
Operate the Air Dominance Department Document Control Center (DCC) to including the handling of technically sensitive media in hard copy, electromagnetic and optical formats, including paper publications and disc drives.
Maintain these documents in an orderly and secure manner that allows access for reference while conforming with security requirements for protection, cataloguing and inventorying.
Generate and update a document content index for the department Document Control Center using Government databases.
Using the existing database application, input changes, location and most recent revision date for document tracking.
Job Duties:
Update present documentation with change packages and maintain a document access control log and procedures.
Pick up, control, distribute, and maintain registers of received documents and maintain custodial control of documents and microfiche cards by maintaining a document access control log and tickler file.
Compile, organize, and process forms to reproduce/print documents ordered through Government printing.
Mandatory Skill Requirements:
Experience in a document control, document inventory management, technical publication management, library science, or related discipline.
Organizational skills a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
