Responsibilities
Provides professional nursing care to Patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff. Organizes and Coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines. Reports to the Manager and interfaces with Front Office and Back Office staff to assure patient flow in the Back Office of the clinic. Ensures triage, medical screening documentation are completed accurately and performed in a swift, timely, and self-motivated manner and signed off by a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
California LVN license current and IV Certificate required. Minimum of six months experience in healthcare required.
Current CPR certification required.
