Responsibilities: Set up printing press according to established guidelines for each production job. Produce quality labels by following instructions on production ticket. Account for and record materials used during the production process. Develop and maintain a teamwork atmosphere. Assist in training of helpers and assistants in the printing division. Maintain and verify all documentation relative to the production of the specific labels being produced (Item Spec Folders). Maintain ink formula database and inventory accurately and consistently. Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and keep within production schedules. Communicate needed supplies and tools as well as receive necessary materials for the department to function efficiently. Develop ideas and create ways to increase productivity. Must have experience running one of the following presses: mark andy, webtron, comco, nilpeter, aquaflex or gallus. Send resume toEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
