Responsible for the preparation and operation of thin film deposition chambers for optical coatings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and regularly maintain optical coating chambers.
Prepare optics for coating that includes substrate cleaning prior to loading
Perform optical coating measurements using spectrophotometers.
Provide other general support to the overall coating production activities.
Operate optical vacuum coaters, scan production or test runs, clean optical substrates for coating and other tasks as needed.
Must be able to:
Understand basic vacuum technology and associated control equipment related to its operation.
Set up machine, perform maintenance and cleaning of coating system.
Experience operating multiple types of Spectrophotometers
Measure coated substrates and evaluate relative to specifications
Ability to read part prints for specification definitions
Clean substrates to be coated using hand cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning methods.
Set up tooling for substrates and load substrates.
Unload and package finished optics.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
