Human Resources Systems Analyst

My client is looking for a Human Resources Systems Analyst for their location in Oxnard, CA. This is a Permanent Positions offering a salary range of $80-$90K per year. Client is only interested in candidates local to the area.
About the Position
The HR Analyst will assist with day-to-day reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in support of HR operations, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting and Training and Organizational Development efforts. This position will also participate in projects to enhance our current human resources information system. The Analyst will function as an Oracle Superuser and will working closely with HR professionals and supporting HRIS/IT staff to enhance data matrix to the organization.
Report and analyze all of the HR Functions
Generate HR metrics and dashboard, while providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed business decisions
Support day-to-day systems and interface issues, including EDI file load issues from benefit vendors.
Develop and provide necessary training for new users on HRIS systems.
Create documentation in support of training and compliance.
Monitor data integrity of HR system and provide feedback to districts for issue resolution
Coordinate security profiles and work with HR and IT to identify allowable users.
Support HRIS questions and issues from all U.S. HR staff.
Work closely with HR to understand system requirements and participate in HRIS/IT design discussions, provide system testing support, and help create a successful end-user experience.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related area
Minimum 3 years direct experience or related experience
Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
Knowledge and expertise in supporting the HR business processes and systems
Experience with Oracle & HR Performance Management systems.
Expertise in HR reporting and ad-hoc report creation, including Excel
Travel will be approximately 30% percent of the time
Some global travel may be required; approximately 5-10% percent of the time

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
