Responsibilities:
Create material that can be used in print and web applications
Further develop flyers with current content in order to promote services
Create single page ads to be sent via email or by mail with invoices
Archive images/materials as resource for release in print, magazines etc.
Work on releasing both inter-company and public newsletters
Coordinate the creation and issuance of marketing materials
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively and independently, within tight deadlines and able to adapt to changing deadlines. Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables within a cross-functional team environment that can include many reporting levels and varying skills/ competencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strategic relationships and maintain collaborative network of contacts internally and externally.
High level of accuracy and thoroughness to ensure work delivered correctly and is of high quality
Must have sense of urgency, flexibility towards new/different ways of getting things done
