Must be computer literate, type at least 60 w.p.m. and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills and empathy for individuals dealing with personal injuries or loss of a family member.
Also must have:
Knowledge and experience with legal software including Abacus, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation procedures including investigation research, calendaring, court filings, court rules, drafting legal documents, correspondence, discovery and trial preparation. Excellent working environment, pay commensurate with experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
