Essential Functions:
Coach and develop team members in your store to surpass minimum performance expectations while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilitiesAssists in coordinating store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goalsMonitor store metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and continuously motivate staff to exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
Motivate and inspire employees, lead by example and model excellence in all areas.

Job Specifications:
Must be willing to train in another Southern California location/corporate office for 3-4 weeks until store opening (travel & accommodations provided by Good Feet)2
years of experience in retail/sales3
years of Leadership & Management experienceProven ability to create a strong team culture of accountability and dedication to excellence Demonstrated ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environmentAnalytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changesExceptional customer service skills requiredStrong written and verbal skills Understanding of financial statements and ability to manage budgetsQuick learner with strong organizational skills Able to balance attention to detail with swift executionSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs.
