o Handle a caseload of various legal matters assigned by senior attorneyso Conduct legal research and analysiso Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefso Communicate and negotiate with opposing counselo Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedingso Provide legal advice and guidance to clientso Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal professionalso Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in your practice areasRequirements:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all stages of family law is required.
Experience in civil litigation, family law, estate planning, probate and the ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus and will be given additional consideration through the interview process.
Compensation is salary plus bonus and benefits.
