General
Responsibilities:
Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics Effectively builds strong relationships, leads and develops a team Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures Basic financial understanding Cultivating and maintaining a healthy culture Qualifications & Skills:
At least 1 year of relevant business experience, preferably in management Comfortable with learning new computer applications Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organization and leadership skills Able to identify talent and recruit employees.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
