Assistant Store Manager

Job DescriptionWhat to expect when you work hereAs an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will share responsibility for managing the store's team members and the overall success of the store, including holding Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring that they provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits.
You will also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

2 years

Salary:
$28 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
