We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team.
As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and efficiently from the kitchen to the customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff in delivering food orders and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Help the waitstaff with food delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Handle food carefully and follow proper food handling procedures - Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order delivery - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are complete and accurate - Help with catering events as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, waitstaff, and kitchen staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
