Summary:
As the Med Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility.
You will be responsible for managing the front and back office staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and representing the company as the person in charge of the office.
Key
Responsibilities:
Participate in biweekly department meetings.
Ensure staff take breaks and lunches as scheduled.
Approve or deny overtime for staff, minimizing overall overtime hours.
Host regular team meetings to improve communication and work processes.
Assist in selection/hiring, performance evaluation, and recommendations for staff.
Oversee the office staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Essential Functions:
Take charge of clinical and operational aspects, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.
Train and guide a team of skilled aesthetic professionals.
Review providers' schedules for smooth patient flow.
Support the medical office front team in various tasks.
Collaborate with patients and providers to create tailored treatment plans.
Implement strategies to attract and retain patients, collaborating with the marketing team.
Analyze expenses, maximize revenue, and monitor key performance indicators.
Answer calls and messages promptly.
Maintain contact list of reps and coordinate office rep luncheons.
Manage Injectable and Products inventory lists.
Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
Attend community engagement activities and clinic events.
Work at other office locations as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager based on business needs.

Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three years of Medical Front Office, Medical Assistant, or any Medical Office related experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
