Rent incentive on a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate all showings.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitor and enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment for residents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to leasing, maintenance, and resident interactions.
Qualifications - Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
