Responsibilities:
Building good rapport with customers in person and via telephone.
Promptly assessing customer needs in a positive, friendly matter.
Answering product questions with up to date knowledge of product specs, store promotions and sales.
Have a good understanding of our products and services.
Working towards achieving sales goals, and being open on improving and/or developing sales techniques.
Troubleshooting device technical issues.
Applying excellent customer service skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Entering sales reports into database, ensuring individual accuracy and consistency.
Inventory management.
Set up visual displays in accordance to marketing guidelines.
Maintaining 100% on training courses.
Maintaining a clean, organized work station and sales floor at all times.
Qualification:
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively with others AND work independently with little oversight.
Knowledgeable in office computer software.
Ability to multitask! Compensation:
Hourly
Commission Experience & Education:
No experience needed, we are willing to train the right person.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Retail sales and cash handling experience; an attention to detail along with customer service, communication, computer and software skills.
