We are looking for sales representatives to join our team and provide great customer service to our luxury clients.
We prefer someone that is bilingual (spanish and english).
We are looing for someone who is confident, self motivated and positive! We have a competitive commission pay plan with bonuses.
Duties:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing - Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the vehicle's performance - Negotiate sales prices and financing options to close deals - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings - Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand customer base - Maintain accurate records of inventory and perform regular inventory control
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options - Knowledge of retail math concepts such as profit margins and markups - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in sales or customer service roles preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Highly organized with attention to detail - Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers If you are passionate about cars, have excellent math skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment, we invite you to join our team as a Car Sales Executive.
