Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
This position is a key contributor in building a world-class service organization.
Manages all scheduling functions for the Centers for Family Health, including direct oversight of CFH Schedulers.
Coordinates the efficient scheduling of patient appointments, and ensures that accurate provider schedules are maintained.
Maintains department budgets and staffing ratios.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associates Degree.
Two years supervision in a healthcare related field.
Knowledge of health insurance programs.
Strong computer skills.
Basic medical terminology.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree Previous call center supervision and/or management experience.
Bilingual in Spanish Overview:
