Responsibilities:
As a Social Media/Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing Raising Mama's online presence and engaging with our community.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing Social Media Accounts:
Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.
g.
, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) to foster brand awareness and engagement with our audience.
Community Engagement:
Interact with our mom community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and encourage discussions and interactions within our social media channels.
Content Creation:
Assist in the development of creative and compelling content, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts, that resonate with our target audience.
Influencer Outreach:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and mom bloggers to expand our brand's reach and build strategic partnerships.
Marketing Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new software and apps.
Strong interest in women's issues and passion for supporting mothers.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Experience in social media management or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Hootsuite, or other social media management tools is beneficial.
Location and Work Arrangement:
This position is partially remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
We require partial in-person work (especially during training) at our office located in Riverpark, Oxnard.
