You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.
You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Job Duties -Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians so as to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician.
-Provide all necessary information to the field technicians.
Dispatch only one call at a time.
-Debrief each call before dispatching the technician.
Update the tally sheet appropriately.
-On a weekly basis review technicians strengths with management.
-Organize On-Call schedule for technicians.
-Input leads into the computer system and relaying information to system specialist as needed.
-Contact customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence and method of payment via phone or email.
-Post and promote company through social media creatively -Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills - computer skills(Microsoft, Word, Outlook, ETC) - phones skills - multi-tasking - customer friendly - social media experience -Bilingual preferred Work Remotely No Job Type:
